PYC Gyle District, Local Youth Forums' Converge At The Youth Leaders Hike-togather, Discussed Peaceful Session

Plateau Youth Council (PYC) Gayle District get-together with other Youth Forums' in the locality hiked approximately about Seven kilometers from Gero Junction to (Mountain YK 1466), formed new friendship and had a good time with all and sundry irrespective of tribe or religion difference.


It was a joyful moment Yesterday, seen a brothers back together on the road hiked about 7kms, meeting old time friends, discussing peaceful session and with all the dancing, fast fingers, drinking competitions has had them very excited.


In his opening remarks, the Chairman of the Plateau Youth Council (PYC) Gyel District, Comr. Tengwong Yohana Thomas reminded the people of Gyel District and beyond of the importance of the Community, Connection, and Collective Growth.

He pointed out that, as young leaders, we have a unique opportunity to shape the future of our district and beyond irrespective of our tribe, religion or even ethnicity.

"Today, let's take a break from our busy lives work and enjoy each other's company. Let's hike, share stories, and make new memories together".

"I'm excited to see familiar faces and meet new ones. Let's make this a day to remember"!

On behalf of the entire leadership of the plateau youth Council (PYC) Gyel district, we want to say a big thank you to God first and to all who made our program a successful one today because without you we wouldn't have achieved de aim, we say thank you.

 And to our stakeholders in the district who supported in one way or de other, especially our thanks goes to Hon. Isahya Jatau, Mr, Musa Dele, Da Simon Zih, Da Luka Gaji, Cmrd. Pam Dashe, Mr, Solomon, Mr, Yakubu Gam, and to all those who wanted to be part of the event but couldn't due to some engagements we appreciate your concern and prayers.

Thank you and thank you very much and i pray we continue in the spirit of togetherness and love for one another.

College Of Health Matriculates 905 Newly Admitted Students Warns Against Cultists Activity

By: Labaran Ahmed The Plateau State, College of Health and Technology Zawan on Thursday has matriculated 905 newly admitted students to study into various courses  programmes for the 2023/2024 academic session. Dr Jonathan Bulus the Acting Provost made this disclosure known to newsmen at the college during the Matriculation and oath taking ceremony held at the school premises, Jos South LGA of Plateau State. He urged the  matriculation and oath taking students to shun cultists activity and embrace their learning or the college wouldn't hesitate expel anyone found wanting.  The Ag. WHY IS JOSHUA DARIYE QUIET OVER SACK OF BENARD?

Senator Joshua Dariye is a well respected son of Bokkos and has benefitted immensely from the support given to him by the good indigenes which helped in making him a two term governor and two term senator.  Dariye waded into many negative issues affecting Bokkos to secure its freedom and rights.  On this premise, the people listen to him whenever he speaks. Dariye campaigned for the PDP during the governorship elections where so many indigenes raised questions over his support for Jonah Jang's protégé, Caleb Mutfwang, expressing fear that there could be a repeat of victimization against Bokkos as was the case in 2008 when Jang closed down Plateau State University Bokkos, and refused to complete the General Hospital and the fertilizer blending plant.
