Rep. Member, Hon. Amb. Asama Set To Supply Basic Drugs To Selected Primary Health Care In Bassa/Jos North

The House of representives member representing the good people of Bassa/Jos North Federal Constituency Hon. Amb. Daniel Asama has announced plans to distribute basic drugs to selected primary health care centers in Bassa/Jos North Federal Constituency.

Hon. Asama made the announcement through his Media Director Brian Lang, disclosed that Hon. Amb. Daniel Asama Ago, House of Representatives Member for Bassa/Jos North Federal Constituency, is pleased to announce a Health Support Initiative aimed at ensuring Balanced and Sufficient Healthcare for Constituents.

Theme: Glaucoma; Approaches for Detection, Monitoring, and Treatment.

Glaucoma is one of the leading causes of irreversible blindness, yet early detection and proper treatment can help manage the condition effectively. This initiative will focus on raising awareness, providing essential medications, and supporting primary health centers in the fight against glaucoma and other health challenges._ 

Event Details: Date: 27th – 28th February 2025. Time: 10:00 A.M. Daily. Venue: Selected Primary Health Centers across Bassa/Jos North Federal Constituency.

The objectives of the Initiative: Supply of Basic Drugs to enhance Healthcare Services in selected Primary Health Centers. Free Eye Screening for early Glaucoma Detection and other eye-related conditions. Public Sensitization on the importance of early diagnosis, regular check-ups, and available treatment options. Support for Primary Health Care by strengthening local medical facilities.

North Central APC Forum Beseeches Prof. Dakum, Bar. Pwajok, Other LP Stakeholders To Return To APC

By: Labaran Ahmed  The Chairman of the North-Central All Progressives Congress, APC Forum Alhaji Saleh Zazzaga has called on the Plateau governorship candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the 2023, Professor Patrick Dakum, forme House of Representative member Hon Edward Pwajok and other stakeholders of the Labour party to return back to the All Progressives Congress APC. He also extended the invitation to Hon. Muhammmad Adam Alkali former Federal Lawmaker representing Jos North / Bassa  and Hon Bitrus Kaze and others to join APC.
