Rep Member Hon. Amb. Daniel Asama Moves Third Bill In One Week

The lawmaker representing the good people of Baassa/Jos North Federal Constituency Hon. Amb. Daniel Asama Ago, (The Anki Kaboh), has today, 19th February, 2025, moved a third bill within one week at the National Assembly.


Historically, Hon. Amb. Asama, who is the Deputy House Committee Chairman on Tourism, was said to have presented a total of Fifteen impactful bills on the floor of the House of representives, all of which successfully passed their first reading and followed some of the bills to the second reading.

In a press statement signed by Brian Lang, Director of Media for Hon. Amb. Daniel Asama indicated that the "Federal University of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, Jos (Establishment) Bill, 2025 (HB. 2089)" passed its First Reading. If fully passed and assented to, it will establish a specialized University to advance knowledge and skills in Medical Laboratory Science and Technology.

Hon. Asama emphasized that the University will create a conducive learning environment, foster Research, and provide greater opportunities for Bassa/Jos North, Plateau State, and Nigeria.

This latest bill emphasizes his dedication in promoting the welfare of his Constituents and delivering on his Legislative mandate.
