At the Y-junction Mosque, Anguwa Miango, Bukuru, Jos South LG of Plateau State, Chief Imam Ustaz Malan Ali delivered a thought-provoking Friday sermon as Muslims approach the end of this year's Ramadan.

Imam Malan Ali, emphasized the significance of Zakat, stressing that it is a compulsory obligation for every Muslim and must be given before attending the Eid prayer. He explained that any Zakat given after Eid is considered a voluntary act of charity (Sadaqah), not Zakat.

The Imam urged the congregation to reflect on their utilization of the blessed 28 days of Ramadan, taking stock of their time, health, energy, and wealth. He reminded them that good deeds done sincerely for Allah's sake are the most beneficial actions in life.

Imam Malan Ali also highlighted the importance of fearing Allah, which is the key to success in this life and the hereafter. He encouraged the congregation to repent and follow Allah's teachings, assuring them that Allah is a forgiving God.

In conclusion, the Imam urged Muslims to observe their daily prayers, fast, give charity, and perform other good deeds sincerely for Allah's sake, promising that they will find peace and relaxation one day, by Allah's grace.

The sermon served as a reminder to Muslims to make the most of the remaining days of Ramadan and to strive for a stronger connection with Allah.
