Hon. AMB. Daniel Asama Ago Commences Development of Strategic Security Outposts Across Bassa/Jos North Federal Constituency

Hon. AMB. Daniel Asama Ago has launched an initiative to develop and rehabilitate strategic security outposts across the Bassa/Jos North Federal Constituency, aiming to enhance law and order in the region.

The statement read that as part of his commitment to strengthening community safety, improving response capacity, and fostering peace within the constituency, Hon. AMB. Daniel Asama Ago has identified key security infrastructures in need of urgent attention and intervention.

Top on the list of these interventions is the rehabilitation and renovation of the Gada Biu Police Station, which serves as a critical security hub within Jos North. The renovation project is aimed at ensuring that the facility meets modern policing standards, provides a conducive working environment for officers, and enhances the capacity of security personnel to respond effectively to the needs of the community.

The scope of work under this initiative includes structural repairs, repainting, provision of essential office equipment, installation of adequate lighting, water supply restoration, perimeter fencing for improved security, and general environmental sanitation of the station's surroundings.

This effort is one among several strategic moves by Hon. AMB. Daniel Asama Ago to support security agencies and ensure that law and order are not only maintained but strengthened for the overall safety and development of the constituency.

Hon. Daniel remains resolute in his belief that security is the foundation for sustainable development, and as such, his office will continue to collaborate with relevant authorities to revamp additional security outposts and community policing structures in Bassa/Jos North Federal Constituency.
